Tori Soper is a Chicago commercial photographer with 20+ years of experience leading a trusted team for companies across Chicago and nationwide.
Her team delivers photography for corporate events, Headshot Lounge experiences, corporate lifestyle, and corporate headshots. They bring energy, experience, and strong instincts to every assignment, whether they’re documenting a fast-moving conference, photographing hundreds of attendee headshots during a trade show, or building a versatile image library for a company’s marketing and communications.
Working closely with event planners, marketing teams, communications departments, and agency partners, Tori becomes a true extension of the client’s team. From the first conversation through final delivery, she keeps communication clear, planning organized, and every detail moving forward so clients feel supported throughout the process.

Who will I work with throughout my project?
Tori is your primary point of contact from the initial inquiry through final delivery. She leads the planning process, coordinates the photography and production team, and stays involved throughout the project to make sure everyone is working from the same priorities and expectations.
Our team has worked together for years, so there’s an established rhythm in how we communicate, coordinate coverage, and work together on-site. For projects with multiple photographers, digital technicians, or additional production support, we handle that coordination internally so your team has one consistent point of contact and a team that already knows how to work together.
When is our photographer assigned?
Photographers are typically assigned closer to the project date. This allows Tori to consider the scope, schedule, location, photography needs, and team requirements before making the final assignment.
Rather than simply assigning the next available photographer, we match each project with the photographer or photography team best suited to its specific needs. Tori personally photographs many of our larger and more complex projects and oversees staffing for every assignment.
How do you select and train your photographers?
Every photographer on our team is selected for their experience working in professional corporate environments and their ability to represent our studio well on-site.
Tori works directly with each photographer to establish our standards for coverage, communication, client service, and working style. Our photographers understand how we approach a project, what we expect on-site, and how to work as part of a coordinated team.
Can you accommodate corporate vendor requirements?
Yes. We’re accustomed to the vendor requirements that come with corporate projects and large organizations.
Tori Soper Photography is fully insured and can provide Certificates of Insurance when required. We also regularly work through vendor onboarding and procurement processes and are comfortable reviewing NDAs, confidentiality requirements, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
How can our company use the photographs you provide?
Our standard commercial photography agreements include broad usage rights so your organization can use the images worldwide and in perpetuity across websites, social media, internal communications, PR, marketing, advertising, recruiting, presentations, and other company materials.
Tori Soper Photography retains the copyright, primarily so we can use select images in our portfolio and marketing. We do not resell client images as stock photography or distribute them to third parties.
If your organization requires full copyright ownership or work-made-for-hire terms for privacy, confidentiality, or internal policy reasons, a copyright transfer can also be arranged and included in your agreement.
Are you comfortable with NDAs and confidential projects?
Yes. We regularly work on corporate projects where confidentiality, discretion, and access restrictions are part of the assignment. That may include executive meetings, private leadership events, product launches, internal conferences, or projects involving unreleased information.
We’re comfortable working under NDAs and following client-specific security or confidentiality requirements. If there are restricted areas, photography limitations, embargoed information, or individuals who should not be photographed, we address those details during planning and make sure everyone assigned to the project is fully briefed.
What contingency plans do you have in place?
We plan for the unexpected. Our photographers work with professional backup equipment, and because we operate as an established team rather than a single photographer, we have additional experienced photographers we can call on if an emergency affects an assignment.
Tori manages any necessary staffing changes and makes sure everyone assigned to the project is fully briefed on the schedule, priorities, and coverage plan.
