The Headshot Lounge is designed to fit seamlessly into your event schedule while giving attendees a professional headshot experience. With years of experience producing high-volume corporate sessions, we handle the logistics, flow, and delivery so everything runs smoothly. Below are answers to the questions we’re asked most often.

We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day Headshot Lounge packages, with options for multiple stations for larger events. Pricing is based on your event schedule, number of stations, and overall coverage needs.

For larger conferences, multi-day events, and projects requiring multiple photographers, we recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly during the busy spring and fall event seasons in Chicago.

We handle the entire Headshot Lounge experience from setup through image delivery. Attendees check in using a QR code, step into the Headshot Lounge for a guided photography session, and receive a link to their private online gallery shortly afterward.

Our team manages the photography, attendee flow, technology, and image delivery throughout the event, so your team doesn’t need to oversee the activation.

Every Headshot Lounge includes both a professional photographer and a dedicated technician. The photographer can focus entirely on lighting, posing, expression, and creating a strong headshot while the technician manages attendee check-in, image delivery, equipment, and the technical workflow behind the scenes.

Having two experienced team members also provides an additional layer of redundancy and support if something unexpected happens. It allows us to keep the Headshot Lounge running smoothly without relying on one person to photograph attendees, manage technology, troubleshoot equipment, and oversee delivery at the same time.

A single Headshot Lounge station can comfortably accommodate up to 150 participants during a four-hour event and up to 300 participants during an eight-hour day, while still giving each attendee individual attention and direction.

For larger conferences or higher-volume events, we can add additional Headshot Lounge stations, photographers, and technicians to increase capacity. We’ll review your event schedule and expected participation in advance and recommend the right number of stations to keep lines moving and create a smooth experience for attendees.

Yes. For large conferences, trade shows, and multi-day corporate events, we can build a multi-station Headshot Lounge with additional photographers and technicians based on your expected participation and event schedule.

Tori coordinates the staffing, equipment, setup, and workflow across the activation so each station follows the same photography and service standards while your organization has one point of contact throughout the project.

For a single Headshot Lounge station, we typically recommend approximately 15 × 15 feet with at least 10-foot ceilings, along with access to a nearby electrical outlet. We also request two chairs for the setup.

If your available space is different, please share the venue floor plan or dimensions with us. We can review the location in advance and determine the best setup for the space and attendee flow.

Attendees receive a link to their private gallery immediately after their session. Each participant receives up to five lightly edited images as part of the Headshot Lounge package.

Professional retouching is available directly through the gallery for $35 per image. If an attendee chooses to purchase retouching, we handle the selection, payment, and delivery with them directly, so there is nothing additional your team needs to manage.

For large conferences, multi-day events, and Headshot Lounges requiring multiple stations, we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially during Chicago’s busy spring and fall event seasons.

That said, we can often accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability. If your event is coming up soon, please reach out and we’ll let you know what options are available.
