Our Headshot Lounge brings professional headshots directly to your conference or corporate event. Have questions about scheduling, staffing, space requirements, or image delivery? We’ve answered some of the most common ones below.
We handle the entire Headshot Lounge experience, including setup, photography, attendee check-in, and image delivery. Attendees check in using a QR code, step into the Headshot Lounge for a guided photography session, and receive a link to their private online gallery shortly afterward.
Our team manages the attendee flow and technical details throughout the event, allowing your team to focus on the conference while we take care of the Headshot Lounge.
Every Headshot Lounge includes a professional photographer and a dedicated technician.
The photographer focuses on lighting, posing, expression, and creating great headshots. Meanwhile, the technician handles attendee check-in, image delivery, equipment, and the technical workflow.
Having two experienced team members also provides an extra layer of support if something unexpected happens, keeping the Headshot Lounge operating without relying on one person to manage everything.
A single Headshot Lounge station can comfortably accommodate up to 150 participants during a four-hour event and up to 300 participants during an eight-hour day.
Capacity depends on your event schedule, attendee participation, and the time available for each session. For larger events, we can provide additional stations to accommodate more participants.
Yes! For larger conferences, trade shows, and multi-day events, we can provide multiple Headshot Lounge stations with dedicated photographers and technicians.
We coordinate staffing, equipment, and scheduling across all stations to provide a consistent photography experience and accommodate your expected participation.
Attendees receive a link to their private online gallery immediately after their session. Each participant receives up to five lightly edited images as part of the Headshot Lounge package.
Professional retouching is available directly through the gallery for $35 per image. Attendees can select their favorites, purchase retouching, and receive their finished images without any additional coordination from your team.
A single Headshot Lounge station requires approximately 15 × 15 feet of space, ceilings at least 10 feet high, access to an electrical outlet within 10 feet, and two chairs.
If your available space is different, please share your venue floor plan or dimensions. We’re happy to review the layout and help determine the best location for the Headshot Lounge.
We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day Headshot Lounge packages, with additional stations available for larger events. Pricing depends on your event schedule, number of stations, and overall coverage needs.

For larger conferences, multi-day events, and Headshot Lounges requiring multiple stations, we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially during Chicago’s busy spring and fall conference seasons.
