How do you handle scheduling for large teams?
We can manage individual appointments through an online scheduling system, allowing each team member to choose a convenient time while giving your organizers a clear view of the schedule.
For larger corporate headshot projects, we help determine the appropriate session length and appointment spacing based on your headcount and goals. We can also work around meetings, departments, executive availability, and other scheduling requirements.
How long does each corporate headshot take?
Most individual corporate headshot sessions take approximately 5 to 10 minutes, although we can adjust the timing based on your headcount, schedule, and the amount of variety you’d like for each person.
We keep the process efficient without rushing people through. Our photographers provide direction throughout the session and give each person enough time to feel comfortable in front of the camera and create a strong selection of images.

For a full on-site corporate headshot studio, we typically recommend approximately 15 × 15 feet with 10-foot ceilings. A conference room, training room, executive suite, or other open office space can usually work well.
We’ll review the available space with you ahead of time and plan the lighting, background, equipment, and participant flow accordingly. If space is limited, we can often adjust the setup while still maintaining consistent lighting and image quality.

How and when will we receive our headshots?
Each participant receives a link to their private image gallery immediately after their headshot session. From there, they can review their images and select their favorite headshot for professional retouching.
If anyone hasn’t made a selection, our system automatically sends reminder emails, so your team doesn’t need to chase people down.
Once we’ve received everyone’s selections, final retouched images are delivered within five business days.
Can you match our existing company headshots?
Yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, we can work from your existing images or brand guidelines to create new photographs that fit with your current company directory.
We can match elements such as background, lighting style, composition, cropping, and overall visual direction. This is especially helpful for companies photographing new hires or updating headshots over time while maintaining a consistent look across the organization.
We address those requirements during planning and make sure everyone assigned to the project understands any photography restrictions before the session begins. We’re also comfortable working under NDAs and following client-specific confidentiality or security requirements.
