The Headshot Lounge is designed to fit seamlessly into your event schedule while giving attendees a professional headshot experience. With years of experience producing high-volume corporate sessions, we handle the logistics, flow, and delivery so everything runs smoothly. Below are answers to the questions we’re asked most often.

Headshot Lounge packages typically start at $5,500 for a single station, with multiple-day discounts and with pricing based on coverage hours, number of stations, and overall event scope. Once we know your schedule, expected participation, and flow, we’ll recommend the right setup and provide a clear proposal.

We set up a dedicated Headshot Lounge within your event and handle the entire process from check-in to delivery. Attendees sign up with their name and email address by scanning a QR code, have their headshot taken, and within minutes receive an email with a link to their private online gallery.

From there, they can view and download their headshots immediately. The process is designed to keep lines moving efficiently while making it easy for attendees to walk away with a new professional headshot before the event is over.

A single Headshot Lounge station can typically photograph 250–300 people per day, depending on session length and schedule flow. For larger events, we scale with multiple stations and photographers to accommodate higher attendance while keeping lines moving efficiently.

Most headshot sessions take about 2–3 minutes per person when there’s a line, keeping the Headshot Lounge moving efficiently during busy events. Our photographers provide quick guidance on posture and expression so each attendee receives a professional result without slowing the flow.

Yes. For larger conferences and high-attendance events, we build multi-station Headshot Lounge setups with multiple photographers and support staff. This allows us to photograph large volumes efficiently while maintaining a consistent experience across every station.

We typically recommend a space of approximately 15’ × 15’ with 9-foot ceilings to accommodate lighting, background, and attendee flow. If space is limited, we can adjust the setup while still maintaining professional lighting and image quality.

Headshots are not retouched by default. Each image is professionally edited before delivery for color, exposure, cropping, and overall consistency.

For attendees who would like additional retouching, premium retouching is available as an optional upgrade directly from their private gallery. Event sponsors can also choose to include premium retouching for all attendees as part of their Headshot Lounge package.

Yes. Professional hair and makeup artists can be added to the Headshot Lounge as an optional enhancement for attendees. Whether you’re looking for light touch-ups or a dedicated hair and makeup station, we’ll work with you to create an experience that fits your event and audience.
