Every corporate event is different, so pricing is based on the scope of your event. Coverage length, the number of photographers, concurrent sessions, travel, and deliverables all factor into your custom proposal. Share your event details, and we’ll recommend the right coverage plan along with clear, upfront pricing based on your schedule and goals.

Yes. We deliver a curated selection of professionally edited same-day images for social media, press releases, internal communications, and other immediate marketing needs. Your team can begin sharing professionally edited photos while the event is still underway.

Final galleries are delivered within five business days, and often sooner. For larger or multi-day events with multiple photographers, delivery may vary slightly based on the volume of images. If you need photos sooner, we also offer same-day highlights, on-site editing, and expedited delivery options.

Even small adjustments to lighting direction, stage placement, podium location, or presentation screens can make a significant difference in the quality and usability of your event images.

Yes. While we’re based in Chicago, we regularly travel nationwide to photograph conferences, trade shows, meetings, and corporate events. We handle the travel planning and coverage logistics so your experience is seamless from start to finish.

We focus on corporate event photography, but we can recommend a trusted video team when video coverage is needed. We recommend working with a dedicated video specialist so the team can scale based on your event needs, deliverables, and production scope. The sooner, the better. Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, and many conferences, trade shows, and corporate events are booked months in advance. If your event is coming up quickly, it’s still worth reaching out. We’re often able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule and photographer availability.
