Yes. We deliver a curated selection of professionally edited same-day images for social media, press releases, internal communications, and other immediate marketing needs. Your team can begin sharing professionally edited photos while the event is still underway.

Final galleries are delivered within five business days, and often sooner. For larger or multi-day events with multiple photographers, delivery may vary slightly based on the volume of images. If you need photos sooner, we also offer same-day highlights, on-site editing, and expedited delivery options.

For events with concurrent sessions or large attendee counts, we build a coordinated photography team to capture keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking, sponsor activations, and other key moments without gaps in coverage.

Yes. We’ve been photographing corporate events throughout Chicago for more than 20 years and have experience working at many of the city’s leading convention centers, hotels, museums, and event venues.

If your event is at a venue that’s new to us, we come prepared. We review floor plans, coordinate with your planning team, evaluate lighting conditions, and arrive early so we’re ready before your event begins.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with event planners, AV teams, production companies, and venues before and during an event to help ensure stage lighting and room setups photograph well. Even small adjustments to lighting direction, stage placement, podium location, or presentation screens can make a significant difference in the quality and usability of your event images.

Yes. While we’re based in Chicago, we regularly travel nationwide to photograph conferences, trade shows, meetings, and corporate events. We handle the travel planning and coverage logistics so your experience is seamless from start to finish.

Our specialty is still photography, and we have spent more than 20 years building the experience, systems, and team required to deliver it at a high level. Video production is a separate discipline with its own planning, crew, equipment, audio, and post-production requirements.

Rather than offer video as an add-on, we refer clients to an experienced video production team that specializes in corporate events and other business projects. We regularly coordinate coverage with them and would be happy to make the connection.

The sooner, the better. Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, and many conferences, trade shows, and corporate events are booked months in advance. If your event is coming up quickly, it’s still worth reaching out. We’re often able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule and photographer availability.
