We work closely with your team to plan the right approach, organize the schedule, and make sure the finished images support your marketing and communications goals. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often about pricing, planning, retouching, usage rights, and the overall process.
What are the rates for corporate lifestyle sessions?
Every corporate lifestyle photography project is different, so pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. Factors can include the length of the photography session, number of locations and people being photographed, production needs, creative requirements, and final deliverables.

How much help do you provide with planning and direction?
As much as you need. Many of our corporate clients come to us with a general goal rather than a fully developed photography plan, and that’s completely normal.
We can help develop the visual direction, determine the types of images your team needs, identify the best environments and setups, and think through how to create a versatile image library for your website, marketing, recruiting, communications, and other business needs.
We handle the entire Headshot Lounge experience from setup through image delivery. Attendees check in using a QR code, step into the Headshot Lounge for a guided photography session, and receive a link to their private online gallery shortly afterward.
Our team manages the photography, attendee flow, technology, and image delivery throughout the event, so your team doesn’t need to oversee the activation.
Can you match our brand and visual style?
Absolutely. We can work from your brand guidelines, existing marketing materials, website, and creative direction to make sure the photography feels aligned with your organization.
That can include everything from the overall visual style and locations to how we photograph teamwork, leadership, workplace culture, and the way people interact. We can also account for privacy requirements, restricted areas, confidential information, and employees or spaces that should not be photographed.
How many final images will we receive?
The final image count depends on the scope of the project and how much setup each scenario requires. For a full-day corporate lifestyle photography session with more complex lighting, we can typically photograph about five to ten distinct scenarios.
Each scenario can include different people, groupings, angles, and variations, which gives your team a broad and versatile final image library.
Upfront planning plays a big role in how much we can accomplish. We work through the shot list, locations, people, and schedule in advance so we can maximize the variety created during the photography day. After the session, we select the strongest images from each scenario and complete the final editing and retouching before delivery.
What editing and retouching are included?
Every final image is professionally edited and retouched so your team and workplace look their best while still looking natural. We refine color, exposure, skin tones, wardrobe details, stray hairs, and other finishing details, and can remove distracting objects from the environment when appropriate.
Our approach is intentionally natural. The goal is to create finished, professional images that still look like your people and your workplace rather than photographs that feel heavily retouched.
What usage rights are included with the images?
Your organization can use the finished images worldwide and in perpetuity across your website, social media, marketing, advertising, recruiting, internal communications, presentations, PR, and other company materials.
Tori Soper Photography retains the copyright, primarily so we can use select images in our portfolio and marketing. We treat client imagery carefully and understand that it reflects your organization. We do not resell corporate images as stock photography or distribute them to third parties.
If your organization requires full copyright ownership or a copyright transfer because of privacy, confidentiality, or internal policy requirements, we can arrange that as part of the project agreement.
How do you handle privacy and confidential environments?
We regularly work in corporate environments where privacy, confidentiality, and access restrictions are part of the project. That may include executive offices, unreleased products, internal meetings, proprietary information, restricted areas, or employees who should not be photographed.
We address those requirements during planning and make sure everyone assigned to the project understands any photography restrictions before the session begins. We’re also comfortable working under NDAs and following client-specific confidentiality or security requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
The more time we have to plan, the better. Corporate lifestyle photography often involves coordinating multiple people, locations, schedules, and creative priorities, so booking early gives us more time to work through those details with your team.
That said, we understand that corporate projects do not always come together months in advance. If your timeline is shorter, please reach out. We’ll confirm availability and determine what we can accomplish within the time available.
