Get In Touch

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review the project details and follow up with a customized quote, typically within one business day. If we have any questions to help us fine-tune the estimate, we’ll be in touch right away.

QUOTE APPROVAL

Once you receive the quote, review the details and let us know if you have any questions or need adjustments—we’re happy to revise. When everything looks good, give us the green light, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to get your booking locked in. 

CONTRACT & Retainer

We’ll send over an agreement that covers everything we’ve discussed. Once it’s signed and the 50% retainer is submitted, your date is officially locked in. The entire process—including payment—is simple and handled online.

Prep & Final Details

We’ll send over a quick questionnaire to gather the essentials so we’re aligned. For business sessions, we’ll also schedule a pre-shoot planning meeting. Before the shoot, you’ll receive a confirmation with everything you need to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Shoot Day

Here we go! We’ll arrive early on our shoot day to get set up and take care of the details so you don’t have to. From keeping things on schedule to helping your team feel at ease, we’ve got it covered. Sit back, relax, and let us do our thing—you’re in good hands.

Final Gallery & Invoice

Within 5 business days—often sooner—you’ll receive a full gallery of high-resolution images, ready to download, share, and put to work. The final invoice will follow shortly after, and of course, we’re always here to answer any questions that come up.

Below, we’ve answered the most common questions our clients ask when hiring us for corporate events, the Headshot Lounge, team headshots, and branding sessions.

We price every project based on the scope, location, and coverage needs—no one-size-fits-all packages here. Whether it’s a multi-day event, a full day of branding photos, or a few hours of headshots, we’ll tailor a quote that fits your goals. Just reach out with the details, and we’ll get you a custom proposal.

Our packages include an initial consultation, professional photography coverage, expert editing, shareable and easy-to-navigate galleries with downloadable images in both web and full resolution, and full usage rights—everything you need to get the most value from the images.

For events and business sessions, we typically deliver the full gallery within 5 business days or less. Rush delivery is always available if needed. For team headshots, image previews are delivered the same day so you can select your favorites for retouching. Final retouched images are delivered within 2-3 business days.

We use a streamlined e-booking system — from proposal to contract to payment — so everything’s handled efficiently in one place.

Once that’s complete, your date is officially locked in on our calendar. From there, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to prepare and stay in the loop every step of the way.

Yes, we’re insured with both liability and property coverage. If your property or venue requires a certificate of insurance (COI), we’ll issue it as soon as your booking is confirmed — just send us the details you need included.
