From initial pricing through event-day execution, the process is clearly defined. Below are answers to the questions we’re most often asked.

Pricing depends on your event schedule, location, and the number of stations needed. Share a few details about your event, and we’ll send a clear proposal outlining your options. Enhancements such as hair and makeup styling or branded slideshow displays are available as upgrades.

One Headshot Lounge station can photograph 250+ attendees per day, depending on your schedule. For larger events, we can add additional headshot stations to accommodate more attendees and keep the experience running smoothly.

The Headshot Lounge operates as a streamlined station within your event footprint. Attendees step in, receive quick direction on posture and expression, and are photographed in just a few minutes. The process is structured to keep lines moving while ensuring everyone leaves with a great headshots.

Yes. For higher-volume events, we operate multiple Headshot Lounge stations simultaneously. This allows us to accommodate more attendees while keeping the experience organized and efficient.

Each Headshot Lounge includes professional lighting, guided posing, and instant delivery to a private gallery for attendees. Event organizers receive a complete gallery with usage rights and collected lead information. Optional upgrades, including hair and makeup styling or branded slideshow displays, are available as upgrades.

Yes. Many clients book both event coverage and a Headshot Lounge. We staff accordingly so keynote sessions, networking, sponsor activations, and headshots can all be captured without compromise.
