From pricing and setup to booking and logistics, we keep the process seamless. Below are answers to the most common questions we get about bringing the Headshot Lounge to your next event.

We price every project based on the scope, location, and coverage needs—no one-size-fits-all packages here. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day options, with discounts available for multi-day bookings. Whether it’s a multi-day event or just a few hours, we’ll tailor a quote that fits your goals. Just send us the details, and we’ll follow up with a custom proposal.

Each Headshot Lounge station can accommodate between 250–300 people per day. For bigger crowds, we can add more stations to keep things moving and minimize wait times—so everyone gets a great shot without the long lines.

The Headshot Lounge requires a 12′ x12′ space with 9′ ceilings to accommodate our lighting setup and ensure a smooth attendee flow. We also need access to electricity within 10 feet of the booth and require a wireless network. 

Yes, absolutely. Many clients book both services to maximize coverage—capturing dynamic event moments and offering attendees a professional headshot experience. We’ll coordinate everything so it runs smoothly from start to finish.

Yes, all the time! While we’re based in Chicago, we regularly travel for our corporate clients nationwide. Let us know where your project is, and we’ll make it happen!
