Headshot Lounge packages typically start at $5,500 for a single station, with pricing based on the number of hours of coverage and the overall setup required for your event.

Most clients use the Headshot Lounge during conferences, trade shows, and corporate events to give attendees the opportunity to receive a professional headshot while the event is taking place.

Once we know the event schedule, expected participation, and overall program flow, we’ll recommend the appropriate setup and provide a clear proposal outlining the options.

Yes. For larger conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, we regularly operate multiple Headshot Lounge stations simultaneously.

Adding additional stations allows us to accommodate more attendees while keeping the experience organized and efficient. This is especially helpful for large conferences and high-attendance corporate programs where hundreds of participants may want professional headshots during the event.

Each station is staffed by an experienced photographer and designed to deliver the same consistent quality and experience. This approach allows us to scale the Chicago Headshot Lounge for events of many different sizes while maintaining a smooth workflow for attendees.

Ideally, we recommend a space of approximately 15 feet by 15 feet with 9-foot ceilings. This allows enough room for our lighting setup while also providing comfortable space for attendee flow and line management.

The extra space helps keep the experience organized and relaxed for participants, especially during busy conferences and corporate events.

If space is limited, we’re happy to review the layout and see if adjustments can be made while still maintaining professional lighting and image quality.
