Below, we’ve answered the most common questions our clients ask when hiring us for corporate events, the Headshot Lounge, team headshots, and corporate lifestyle sessions.

Tori leads every project and assigns photographers based on the scope, size, and specific needs of your event or session. For larger conferences and multi-day events, we build a team with clearly defined roles to ensure seamless coverage. You’ll always know who’s assigned to your project in advance.

Our photographers are trained in a consistent lighting approach, shooting style, and workflow. From exposure and composition to file naming and delivery standards, every image reflects the same level of quality and direction. We operate as one cohesive team, not a collection of freelancers.

Many members of our team have worked together for years, covering Chicago’s most high-profile corporate events and executive sessions. That experience allows us to move efficiently, anticipate moments, and adapt quickly — especially in fast-paced environments.

We carry full liability and property coverage. Certificates of insurance (COIs) are provided upon request.

While we’re based in Chicago, we regularly travel nationwide for conferences, executive sessions, and corporate campaigns. Travel logistics are handled efficiently and outlined clearly in your proposal.

Once your proposal is approved, we send a contract and retainer invoice to officially reserve your date. From there, we move into structured pre-production to ensure every detail is covered.
